REFUND POLICY

Alessia Couture - Return and Refund Policy

Effective: 01 January 2024 Welcome to Alessia Couture. We specialise in luxury couture cleaning services, ensuring the highest quality and care for your treasured garments. Please review our Return and Refund Policy, which applies to all services provided.

  • 1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will re-evaluate the service and re-service your garment (conditions apply).

  • 2. Damage Policy: In the rare event of damage, Alessia Couture assumes liability for the value of the garment, as per the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 5 days of return. Please provide proof of damage and original value.

  • 3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for services not rendered or in cases where re-service does not rectify an issue. Refunds are not provided for slight colour variations or textures due to the nature of fabric treatment.

  • 4. Process for Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team within 7 days of service completion. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  • 5. Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of refund approval. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in certain circumstances.

  • 6. Exclusions: Alessia Couture is not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., fabric composition, existing damage). Vintage, heirloom, or garments without care labels are serviced at the owner's risk.

  • 7. Amendments: We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date noted above indicates the last update.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY: Merchant must include how the delivery of the services would happen/reach the customer.
