What are the collection and delivery days in Abu Dhabi?

We collect and deliver every day except Fridays. Kindly contact our Customer Service Representative for more information.

What are the collection and delivery days in Dubai?

We collect and deliver every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Kindly contact our Customer Service Representative for more information.

Do you provide services outside of the United Arab Emirates?

Yes we do. Please call +9712 555-2088 and our Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you and provide you information about the process.

Is there any charge for the collection and delivery?
There is a minimum service for AED 200, if the service price is less than AED200, a service charge of AED50 will apply. Any order outside of UAE, courier charges applied.

Can I bring my garments to your facility?

Yes you can, we are located in ICAD 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi next to Delma Mall. Please refer to our map in the location tab for information or call our Customer Service Representative for directions.

How do I know the service prices?

Our Customer Services Representative will be happy to provide you the range of our prices. Please note that prices are starting prices and the service price might differ depends on the conditions and fabric of your garment. The cleaning of each garment and accessory is a customize cleaning and for such price and method of cleaning will differ.

Who collects and delivers my garments?

Our professional Customer Service Representative will collect and delivery your garments.

Can I give the Customer Service Representative any special request concerning my valuable garments?

Definitely, our Customer Service Representative is ready to assist you with any request or inquire.

What happens if I leave something valuable in my pockets?

If any personal items are found, they will be placed in a envelope and will be returned to you.

What if I have a problem after I get my garments back?

Our goal is to provide you the best garment care possible; for such if there is any problem with your garments we will do our best to remedy the situation right away. We strongly recommend you to please inspect your garments once you receive them and advice our Customer Service Representative at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is done and acknowledged by you or the person receiving them, Alessia Couture is no longer responsible.

How do I pay for the service?

You can pay by cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

How do you keep my credit card information safe?

We use the services from one of the safest banks in the UAE and the in the world, National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

Where are my garments cleaned?

Your garments and any other accessory is cleaned in our facility in ICAD 1, Mussafah, next to Delma mall. We are proud to say that our facility is a state of the art facility which you are welcome to visit.
